The Wadi Isal id located seven kilometers south of the Wadi Karak and runs approximately parallel to it-that is, west-northwest. It has as its source several springs. The Wadi Isal is one of many west running streams which are fed by springs and runoff which flow into the Dead Sea (Jacobs, L.
